The whole idea of it
Is a horror
A totally ungraspable horror
And so when the thief
Steals the hub caps
From my car
I turn my total attention
To this horrendous
Injustice
Demanding first the rack
Before the death penalty
And make this the major crime
Of the Universe
Even though
I just came from a father
Sitting shiver
For his son
Killed in the war.
